Walkthrough[ | ]
A cylinder-shaped volume of space around the built 
base will be highlighted in white. Switch to Build Mode and use 80 blocks of 
Aluminum and 50 blocks of 
Steel in whichever way you want, as long as you put them inside the highlighted volume. Also place the remaining three components inside.
Once the communications array is built, go back to Nan Yang and talk to him to finish the quest. He will tell you to talk to Ataro Baatar, who will then activate the messaging app on your handheld computer. (He will tell you to wait a day or two, but this is not necessary.)
