Chen Zhen is a weapons specialist for the Colony Defense Force. He is first encountered at the Meteorite Crater, while looking for other survivors and working on designing a monster beacon.

It has been suggested that his name might have been taken from the main character of Bruce Lee's film "Fists of Fury". The character was also played by Jet Li in his breakout film "Fist of Legend".

Backstory[ | ]

Chen is a loyal, calm and reliable defence specialist, who is very good at weapons and turrets. Listening all the time to the song his mother used to like suggests he is rather sentimental. He also doesn't seem bloodthirsty, much unlike his colleague Nanda Yadav.

Chen lost his parents to a Martian torpedo back when he was 11. The idea of a brave new world really got to him, and he eagerly joined the expedition as there was nothing holding him back.

If you ask Chen about the song, he will tell you its story and give you a music player, so you can listen to it via your phone from now on.
