Head north to the Giant Tree (or you can use fast travel, it would cost 32
from Carter Camp). Once you get close enough, the mission is finished and Chen Zhen appears. You can have some small-talk about the looks of that Giant Tree, or talking with Chen about David Sly will start the next quest: Danger in the Sky.
