Peter Asimov has run into a lot of trouble at the third emanation point, so Ava Azniv contacts you via radio and asks you to head there. She and Rol Olympus will go there, too.

Go to the marked location, where Peter will be waiting for you. Once you reach him, the quest will be completed. Ava and Rol will also arrive, and after discussing the situation, Ava will give you the quest Here Goes Nothing.
