You and Rol are about to investigate the possible location of the virus source. Get to the target area marked on your map. Giant Tree is the closest known location you can start at, and it's best to go either by air or by boat. As you get closer, Rol will comment on the GRV concentration in the air. The quest will conclude once your party is within the circle.
