Nan Yang can be found at the Martian Camp. After the quest Back to Martian Camp is completed he will tell the player that Sara Peterson and the others were dragged away by monsters. When the other residents move on to the Martian Colony, Nan stays, possibly due to his disagreement with the segregation of Martians and Earthlings.
Backstory[]
Nan is a talented technician and also a friend of Adisa Mostafa. He grew up on Mars, but doesn't care about where people were born. Although his aunt was killed during the war, when Earth nuked Emerald Station, he is friendly towards other people regardless of their origin and prefers talking technology, not politics.
