Natives' Relic is the game map's name for the ruins found to the north of the Giant Tree in the quest Clear the Nest by the player and Chen Zhen while looking for David Sly. It is home to three Red Koronas, which serve as a boss-fight to end the quest. Little is said about what these ruins actually are, but they may simply serve as a nod to the idea of sentient life residing on Maria at some point in time.
