You get this quest by asking Lao Lei about the rest of his party, once the quest More Survivors is completed.
Lao Lei explains that a Martian lady, who was with them, returned to the landing site to look for survivors, but hasn't returned yet. Lao is worried, and asks you to go back with him to the Firebear Nest. He also gives you a 
Stone Shield Handle Script and a 
Rifle Type 01 Script.

Go to the Firebear Nest with Lao. Make sure you also have the quest Fire Fight from Adisa Mostafa. It is a good idea to replicate a Rifle Type 01 and some 
Bullets before you arrive.
Once you arrive to the Firebear Nest, Lao will spot Dayita Saxena and a Random NPC, which concludes the quest, and automatically starts the quest Into the Fire.
