You get this quest from Nan Yang after you go Back to Martian Camp.
He was just waiting for you to come back so that you can go rescue Sara Peterson and another Random NPC from the Andhera. He also gives you a 
Blaster Type 01 Script.

Lead Nan Yang to the marked spot, a little bit to the east of Andhera Cave. When you get there, the quest will be finished, and after discussing the tactics with Nan the quest Enter the Cave will be started automatically.
Hitomi Amasawa will stand in the cave, near the entrance, but you won't be able to talk to her just yet, you will, however, have access to her shop.
